Now, do you use MS Paint to edit your bases?
Now, if I may, I will give you some tips for your basework.
For the hair, it looks as if it is glued on, or like a synthetic wig or cap. Perhaps you should add hair near the ear, to make it look attatched. You know how you (at least I'm assuming) have that patch/design of hair right next to the ear that attatches to the rest of your hair? I would suggest adding such a thing to your character. It looks more natural that way. I also would suggest if your character has longer hair, that some of it should go in front of the shoulders, and the rest of it put behind the shoulders to give it that happy medium. Also have the hair come off of her head at the top a tad more.
As for the clothes, they seem very skin-tight in a lot of your baseart. They also seem somewhat globby and shaped in an awkward way. Perhaps add a darker color to the outline of it. For example, this character has a white coat/outfit. So, I would suggest taking a gray-ish color, and then outlining the shape of the coat, and coloring the rest in with the white.
I would also suggest making creases in the clothing. Like, say you're wearing that coat. It would have creases or lines when you have your arms bent like the character in the picture.
I hope that I had helped in someway and didn't offend you at all, because I'm only trying to help you <3
